Precision Concrete Construction Company, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business headquartered in White Marsh, MD. Founded in 1967, the company has grown through the hard work and dedication of its employees. PCC’s award-winning workmanship is known and respected by many of the area’s most prestigious builders and developers. Our products and service are always of the highest quality.

PCC values our ability to provide consistent results and maintain an excellent quality of work. We credit our strong reputation to years of experience and a knowledgeable and highly skilled team.

Each morning, our team meets to discuss our project goals and objectives for the day. Our employees are on the job site at first light, briefed and ready to get to work. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, and we believe this commitment shows through the dedication of each and every employee.

We are committed to construction safety and we make that commitment our top priority. An accident on the job site takes a heavy emotional and financial toll on everyone involved. At PCC, we are very proud of our comprehensive safety program.

The cornerstone of our safety program is the on-going training of supervisors, foremen, operators, drivers and other tradespeople to practice safety awareness. Our safety program ensures that all employees have the proper skills needed to work safely including OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 Hour Training Certificates.

Our full-time Safety Director strives to ensure that every employee is protected from injury each day they come into work. The Safety Director regulates all projects by OSHA standards. PCC has an excellent safety record.

PCC also conducts job site visits and inspections, which are integral parts of our safety program. All of these components combined help PCC manage the risks associated with job site accidents.

Substance abuse testing

Any prospective employee applying for a job at PCC is required to complete a drug screening. Applicants who test positive for illegal drugs are immediately disqualified. Any PCC employee who is involved in an accident or injury on the job is subject to additional screening for illegal substances. If the employee tests positive for illegal substances, their employment will be terminated.

PCC works on government projects that require background checks and security clearances for employees. Testing positive for illegal substances will compromise the ability of employees to obtain clearances.

Lastly, PCC is compliant with Maryland’s Crane Safety Regulations. The Maryland Commissioner of Labor and Industry has deemed crane operators, signal persons, riggers, and crane operator trainees as safety sensitive positions. For this reason, any employee who works in a safety sensitive position at PCC can be selected at random to be screened for drugs and alcohol.
